What if a teacher marks someone absent by mistake?
Teachers can edit within a window you set, for example until 10 am. Corrections send a follow-up message to the parent so they are not left worried.
Do we need biometric devices?
No. The teacher app is enough for most schools. If you already have biometric or RFID devices, we can connect them.
How are WhatsApp messages sent?
Through the official WhatsApp Business platform using approved templates, from your school’s own business number. Message charges are shown separately.
Can parents reply to an absence alert?
Yes. Replies reach the class teacher in the app, so parents can share a reason without calling the office.
