We bill on students enrolled at the start of the academic session. If enrolment grows by more than 10% during the year, we true-up at renewal, not mid-year.
Are payment gateway charges included?
No. Online fee payments go through a payment gateway that charges its own fee per transaction, billed by the gateway and shown separately. Money settles directly into your school’s bank account.
What about WhatsApp and SMS charges?
WhatsApp Business and SMS messages are charged at actuals by the messaging provider. You see message counts and costs in your dashboard and can set monthly limits.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Middle and Senior annual plans. Our team imports your data, sets up fee structures and report cards and trains your staff as part of the plan.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars for reference. Indian schools are invoiced in rupees at the rate on the invoice date, with GST as applicable.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and continue with all your data in place. If you decide not to continue, you can export everything, and the trial account is closed. No card is needed to start.
