Which payment gateways do you support?
We integrate with leading Indian payment gateways. Money settles directly into your school’s bank account, not ours. Gateway charges are billed by the gateway and shown separately from our pricing.
Can we still take cash at the counter?
Yes. Cash, cheque and DD are recorded in the same ledger, with cashier-wise day closing and cheque bounce handling.
Can we import pending dues from our old system?
Yes. We import opening balances from Excel during setup so that every student starts with the correct dues.
Do receipts include GST?
Tuition fees for schools are generally exempt, but where you charge GST on specific heads such as uniforms or transport by a third party, receipts can show it.
